Holly Meredith found her way to the fitness industry after a career in Medical Podiatric care. A fitness coach, 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Holly also holds a variety of specialty certifications and is the brand Master Trainer for The willPower Method in the Pacific Northwest region. She has recently authored the book 180 Inside Out, a holistic approach to nutrition, fitness & mindset. Holly is a mom to four children, which has inspired a relentless passion to bring smart movement to future generations.
